RF CV AXEL replacement

What is your question?

I had the RF CV Axel replaced on my 2011 Nissan JUKE. The next day while driving on the highway, the steering wheel became stiff to the point I had to call a tow after I stopped the car. Can you explain if the replacement of such axel possibly cause the steering wheel to become stiff and unsteerable?
