what fuse controls the radiator fan and the beeper the horn doesn't beep

when you lock the doors the horn doesn't beep like it should and I notice the same fuse must control the radiator fan to the engine fan works but the fan that cools the radiator doesn't

Does the horn work when you push the horn pad on steering wheel? If it does , then the not beeping for the security is possibly a latch/switch that isn't operating properly and shows it's still not locked or closed.
