possibly your ignition switch is intermittently losing power then regaining power like the key is being turned on and off. This store carries 4 different part numbers so that tells me its a common part that fails http://napaonline.com/Search/Results.aspx?Ntt=ignition%20switch&Ntk=Keyword&N=599001+101999+50090+2090003 But probably something that a tech should handle
I have a 2000 frontier and its been a serious learning experience. There are 2 sensors on the cold air intake one is next to the front head light on the air intake and I disconnected that one and it bucked really hard while I was driving it so check the contacts with the connector, make sure they are clean, and bend them just a little bit different ways so they make a contact and replug it in. The other sensor is right before the aluminum part on the air intake and has 2 plugs do the same for it. This will also help reduce lag in puwer if they are not making proper contact beleive me Im already bald due to pulling my hair out and spending 2000 bucks. Good Luck let me know if it works for you Im at eastcoast29@yahoo.com
