Flashing Airbag, horn works sporadically,etc

What is your question?

Hey, So I have a 2011 Nissan armada Plat edition and recently the airbag light started flashing on display. Also noticed half of the radio and navigation/ phone controls are no longer working. Also horn does not work most of the time. I'm thinking the clock spring might have gone bad but, wanted to check.

What makes this problem better or worse?
