Can someone explain how the headlight bulbs on a 2009 Nissan Armada work?

Low beam on R/S quit working. Have replaced both bulbs and still not working. Could a fuse control one bulb?

MANY vehicles have separate fuses for EACH headlight .. Usually found in the under hood fuse box .. Owners manual will be very helpful.
