Won't start and it's not the battery

Thanks, but we know it’s not the battery because we took the battery to the shop we purchased it from. The owner tested the battery and it came back fine, but just to be sure he gave us a brand new battery and the Armada still wouldn’t start.

You stated - “sounds like it’s trying to turn over” - next suspect is battery cabling connections OR a failed starter motor.
