When trying to start the car when I pressed the brake and the start button it just went completely black lost all power couldn't even pop the hood to see if I just need a jump what does all this mean with completely no power to do anything
What makes this problem better or worse?
Just got car not even 30days and no sign of issues

Hello, sounds like a complete loss of battery power. Have your battery checked for state of charge and ability to hold a load. Additionally ensure all connections are secure.

Hello, "Lemon Law" is not really relevant here. The vehicle is nearly 4 years old and has not demonstrated repeat failures by the stated query -- like "first time" for example. This is not relevant advice. Read the other answers provided for direction before jumping to conclusions about consumer protection laws and so forth. You own a vehicle. Vehicles need repairs at times. That's it.
