Under left (drivers) side dash - same place ALL of em are located.

My 2013 nissan altima has the same issue, obd port doesn't work. I just fix it by myself: the obd port uses the 10A fuse along with "ROOM LAMP". You should also check whether your room and trunk lamps are still working well. Just replace the 10A room lamp fuse with the spare one and fix the obd port issue.
