Transmission trouble and now a P0011 code?

I recently had the transmission replaced on my 2011 Nissan Altima. It has 149,000 miles. Now it has a P0011 code triggering. Could this be something they’ve done incorrectly when changing my transmission or am I having continuing problems that are unrelated? It has a rough idle and even since the transmission has been replaced it has a rattle during acceleration, especially when going uphill.
