I have seen this concern before and the problem was the transmission overheating. It limits vehicle speed to 60 to try to cool off. I never fixed the car but it's probably going to need a new/rebuilt transmission.

Hello, I would guess that something is being detected that is causing the engine's processor to cut engine performance. But, I cannot at all be certain of this. You will need to have a technician local to you evaluate your vehicle to see what is occurring.
