Check the starter relay. If it cranks when you jump the terminals but not with the key turned there is a voltage/ power loss somewhere between the key and starter.

Question Answered: Why won't the front rotor come off?

It is probably rusted on. Give it a whack with a big hammer between the wheel studs and it will probably pop off.

I have seen this concern before and the problem was the transmission overheating. It limits vehicle speed to 60 to try to cool off. I never fixed the car but it's probably going to need a new/rebuilt transmission.
Question Answered: what causes an axle seal to leak?
May 13, 2017, 05:41 PM
Assuming it was installed properly, and the transmission case was not damaged, there is probably a bushing or bearing behind the seal that has gone bad. The bad bushing/bearing causes the axle to wobble and damage the seal.
