Have a random misfire now that was once showing up as cylinder 1 and 3 misfire.

Im really ase certified just do it on the side now at the house. Its my best friends car and after I checked the most common issues, I started checking what other people were having problems with and it seemed that most of the issues Im having were due to intake leaks. I did check for leaks by spraying water around the intake (that was the way I was tought) and its never failed me yet but it didn't get noticeably worse but as Im sure you know on this intake its hard to check that intake due to theres no room to cover the entire manifold. I already have it pulled apart and have the parts. Also ran compression test and tested injectors. Just want to see what someone who has worked on more altimas than I. Thanks for the response buddy. The one thing that stood out was with my scanner it showed 0 for rt ft.
