Won't come out of park or crank but if u bypass starter it starts

If you bypass the starter it will crank but still will not come out of park unless you manually shift it with a little push button on the shifter any clue what the problem is

Have ALL fuses TESTED first... *ALL FUSES* .. Easily done using a test light.

IF you're referring to a 'volt ohm meter' the correct setting is 20v DC for testing fuses while they're still in the fuse box.. An inexpensive 12 volt test light is a simpler and faster way to test fuses.. Google > test fuses with a test light .. Should find a YouTube video showing the procedure on the resulting page.
