Emissions will it pass emessions test

Depends. I have a 2004 Altima with 200k+ miles on it that passed emissions in Arizona. Also depends on the type of tests they do. Some states just hook onto the OBDII port and see if there is a problem. If they do that there is a very easy but NOT ADVISABLE and I believe illegal work around. If you put spark plug defoulers on the downstream O2 sensor it tricks your computer and theirs into thinking the catalytic works
