Rattling sound coming from timing cover or valve cover only after.coming.off.the freeway

sounds like a timing chain rattle bit it only does it when coming off of the freeway.. goes away after the car is turned off and then turned back on
What makes this problem better or worse?
only does it coming off the freeway. I turn off the car and later start it up, I will hear the noise right away but then it disappears and I won't hear it again till I go on and off the freeway
