What is your question?
When I turn the ignition switch to off, the car still runs a few seconds before slowly dying down to off. I just got the car 2 days ago and replaced an o2 sensor yesterday. Even though it was going on before I replaced it. It's seems to do it even more and sputters a bit.
What makes this problem better or worse?
After I drive it over several minutes or at a rate of speed above 45mi. Over a min

Hello, first why did you replace the oxygen sensor? You're saying when you shut the vehicle off, it keeps running for a couple seconds before it finally stops. I would be focused on the ignition system, as it's not completely shutting off the vehicle as it should. Some testing around that area and the engine performance also seems to be in order.
IF someone has hard wired the radiator cooling fan to turn on any time key is on that will cause this concern. Fan motor becomes a voltage generator while blades are rotating - when key is turned off this voltage is enough to back feed the ignition until fan blades slow to a particular rpm. Just one possible scenario.
IF fans turn on anytime the key is turned on, especially COLD engine - that’s your problem.
Factory wiring uses a diode to prevent back feed - this diode is eliminated if hard wired to ignition circuit allowing the permanent magnet fan motor to send voltage back to ignition system. This shortcut method is often used by back yard DIYer’s in an attempt to get by without proper cooling fan circuit repair. Good luck!
The previous owner said that it needed to be replaced. And that was the only code that popped up on the first diagnostic. When I got a second diagnostic also popped up bent pressure valve.
