my tail lights and cluster lights dont work. but my brake lights do.... any idea

Most vehicles set up so that whenever you lose lights on your dash it's a heads up that you don't have tail lights. Not sure the way your vehicle wired but assume power somehow comes near area of that front side marker though that really doesn't make sense to me. You need to look on internet or pick up repair manual and maybe has wiring diagram to check how electrical is wired from and to tail lamps.
