I needed to change the spark plug boots but after i did, car won't start.

What is your question?

I'm hoping it's not the fuel injector but is it?

i assume your talking about the coil boots.did you unplug the coils or anything else?you said wont start,meaning it cranks over but not start,correct.what was it doing before you did this work.is it turbo or non turbo

Non turbo. Idle was rough, no power on acceleration. I just bought the car maybe a month ago. At first i thought it was the timing but then i checked the spark plugs and 2 of the boot coils were ruined.
