At cold start will misfire , hard time to turn on until warmed up

Check the coolant temp sensor reading with a scan tool. If that's ok check fuel pressure next. If it's too high you have a pressure regulator problem. There are other things to check but they normally cause a lean condition.
Also , a little late , but the opposite -low fuel pressure can cause a rich 'command' and higher than normal injector pulse durations, so depending on HOW you are translating the scan-tool readings to us , that may be something to look at. But , I agree with the first response verify coolant temp sensor(to PCM-NOT fan(s)),if it reads -40deg.F , then I'd try that .
