What is your question?
I heard a pop while driving. Later in the day when I came back to the car there was a crack that started at the bottom of the windshield below the wiper arm. I assume a rock hit the windshield. The next day a second crack started in another direction. 3 weeks later while sitting in the car I heard a pop and another crack appeared from the bottom on the opposite side of the windshield. The reason I wondering if this is not a simple rock to windshield problem is that the first 2 outlanders I saw in the road today had similar cracks in their windshields.

One day after I came out of work, I saw a small crack in the middle of the windshield coming from the driver side about 3 inches long. It stayed like that for a whole full day until next day I came out from work and it was about 3 inches longer. Same thing happened like 2 more times. Now crack is about a 1 1/2 feet. Interesting thing is that a week before windshield crack, I notice driver side fog light glass shattered. After windshield initial crack, the passenger side fog light glass shattered too. All of that leaves me wondering on the quality of glass on my outlander.
