A/C runs but no blower. Is replacing the motor or resistor a typical D-I-Y job?

Thanks for the advice... Checked out a few of the YouTube videos and it seems pretty straightforward. Your answer makes me believe that it might not be the motor/resistor. Is there something else that I should be looking at?

I would jumper the blower motor to verify if it works or not before spending the money. The verify the resistor.
