Back end of car shakes after having it towed

They said to bring it back in, which we are doing today. What should we expect?

That's the problem with online auto repair, it's guess work without actually inspecting the vehicle!.. Hard to say but the charging system light should not come on!.. Suspect alternator problem still exists!.. I have had problems with lesser quality alternators especially on these vehicles!!!! Suggest > NAPA PRO SELECT brand!

Any thought on the back end shaking after the tow. My concern is damage to the 4 wheel drive with a rear hook rather than flat bedding it.
