Had standard clutch replaced now have to take off in 2 ND gear 1 at no longer

Had the standard clutch replaced 1 at gear was working before now doesn't go into 1at gear at all

Hello, How much time was spent grinding into gear before the clutch was changed, and were there lots of grinds while the clutch was either bled or adjusted?
