Lefty loosey, righty tighty. Timing components, crankshaft gear has to come off to access the seal. Get timing off and plan on pulling the heads to replace the valves.
Since your asking how to remove the CS bolt, I'll assume you don't have air tools. You'll need a 22mm socket on a 1/2 breaker bar. Place the socket on the crankshaft pulley bolt, rest the breaker bar on the ground(driver side), and BREIFLY crank (bump) the engine. The bolt will break loose.
