1990 Montero crossed battery terminals

Jumped the car incorrectly and crossed the negative and positive terminals. Guessing a new alternator is in order. Any other things I should be checking? Thanks for the time, Zach

Probably has blown fuses now as well as other electrical issues.. GOOD LUCK!
