I have a Mitsubishi lancer glx 2004 with 4g18 engine.starting and rough idle pro

The car turns over but wont start it can last anywhere from 5-10 minutes this happen whenever the car is cold or cool down, there is no engine check light. The temperature needle is always at half line it never goes up or down, it idle roughly in park and the fan runs constantly It have new gas pump, coil, sparks plug, coolant sensor, and the throttle body clean. please help me figure out what the problem is.
