What is your question?
It happens every time I drive over uneven or dips in the road, I have no vibration in wheel when driving on smooth roads.

Sounds like the shocks/struts are starting to go out. You may want to take a look at your upper and lower control arm bushing as well as at least a thrust alignment
Front Struts could be real weak or Control Arm Bushing and/or Ball Joint loose. Recommend have suspension parts inspected.
Test steering 'free play' ... Turn key on but do not start engine .. Turn steering wheel left and right while looking at drivers front tire .. How much does the steering wheel move before the tire starts to move? .. Did the installer of the tie rods check the 'steering rack' mounting bushings?? .. Post free play test results.
The steering wheel moves a little bit before tires do, I installed my tie rods, last year I was told that my bushings in my front end looked a little worn, but do.t know What the bushings are and how much they cost .. Or will I have to buy the whole part that the bushings fit into..
I was told lastyearmy bushing looked a little worn but they were still good, what is a thrust alignment? Same as a normal alignment?
