Checked spark, got spark on 4 cylinders, compression at 210 psi. Don't know what to check next

I do have injector pulse. I don't have a fuel pressure tester. But took off the fuel pressure regulator, cranked the car expecting fuel to come through strong. It is weak. Checked the pump, and it is working.
