injector pulse? Fuel PRESSURE (PSI)?...............10/21.......Ability to answer posted question?

I do have injector pulse. I don't have a fuel pressure tester. But took off the fuel pressure regulator, cranked the car expecting fuel to come through strong. It is weak. Checked the pump, and it is working.
