My car is throwing a P0507 code and this has something to do with my cars idle.

What is your question?

changed the PCV valve and hose. checked the fuse but not sure were the relay is. If I disconnect the neg. and reconnect it idles fine for about 10 min the up it goes. I am not passing emissions cause of this prob.HELP
