we have pulled out engine removed head and gasket coolant in 2 and 3cylinders. dont know why. what do i do to fix it thankyou

What makes this problem better or worse?

veins on the water pump were all broken

This should have been diagnosed BEFORE any disassembly!

The act of removing the cylinder head can allow residual coolant to flow into the cylinders. Closely examine head gasket and cylinder head for any obvious or suspicious irregularities .. Hands-on help from qualified personnel may be required.
