replaced blower motor and resistor but blower will only shut off whith the key

What is your question?

why is the blower only running at one speed no matter where the speed selector is "it also running in the off position with the key on" it does turn off when the key is off and I have already replaced the blower relay.

What makes this problem better or worse?
