My grnd term touch the positive term, now I have no power. What can I do?

Where is it located at? I've checked all fuses so far.

i think on your car,you may have 3 fuse panels..2 under the hood,and 1 inside car,drivers side to left of dash on side.use your owners manual to locate the fuse positions.also,on top of fuse covers or under the covers,it should tell you the position of fuses and what they work.you may see the blown fuse,but you may not.you need a test light,or a volt meter to check them.do you have an inline fuse at the battery?
