My 2001 Mitsubishi Galant will not crank. What could be wrong with it?

DOES YOUR BATTERY HOLD A GOOD LOAD? CHARGE IT FOR LIKE 14 HRS ON A TRICKLE CHARGER AND THEN LOAD TEST. WHERE DID YOU BUY THE ALT?

The alternator red wire may not be connected to the battery +terminal.
