2001 galant sometimes I have no turn signals and at the same time no high beams

I have check every fuse and relay and ground wire. I have replace the turn signal switch. Once I replace the turn signal switch everything work great for about a week and then the same problem came back No Turn signals no high beams and no fog lights let the car sit for about an hour or a day and everything starts working great again. You can drive down the street and everything is working great .Stop and and turn your turn signals on to make a turn and no turn signal again .It's like it works when it wants to . I don't know what else to check or do. Thank you John K
