my transmissio only leaks when i am in reverse (backing up) i have replace both axle seal and the main seal behind the torque converter. where canthe fluid be coming from.

No way to guess unless the seals were not the only problem, and the bushings are worn as well. would have to inspect myself to see. Have someone help you watch for it when you back up.

Yes and the torque convertor bushing. If they are bad the seals aren't going to help as much.
is that the proper name? (torque convetor bushing) or is it named something else. the auto part stores and the midtsubishi parts act like they don't know what i am talking about.
I know it's for the front pump bushing. For the torque converter.
so that bushing being bad could leak when you go in reverse?
If that's the place that's leaking.
