I have a 1992 Galant VR4, the motor just cut out and died while driving.

I have 12.5v at the battery, the emergency signal works along with the side lights and interior door lights. The car will not turn over and does not make any noises when I try to turn it over. I have no power to the headlamps, directional signals, radio, heater blower, electric windows... what could be the problem.
