My knob to my ac to heat might be stuck can turn it up still but no heat

I have no heat in my 04 Mitsubishi endeavor it's not over heating it is running colder than usual I think the control is stuck on cold I can still turn the temperature up and down but no heat

How long has your 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor had this problem?
