my lighter plug will not work for a lighter, charger, ect. ive replaced the fuse with the old and new ports. ive touched the wires together and it wont even power it up for a second. what else could be wrong?

That fuse OR another has blown .. Got to TEST all of em! .. IF not familiar with TESTING fuses, seek qualified hands-on help... Owners manual very helpful - see fuses in index (in back of book) .. Also use the video link below: https://youtu.be/ksrsXwwukFc
