What is your question?
Timing belt snapped on my 04 3.0 liter 24 valve eclipse, replaced timing belt found Top dead center, car tries to start, but just doesn't quite make it. Has compression, no valve damage, no piston damage, new plugs wires everything.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It's starting the Same
How long has your 2004 Mitsubishi Eclipse had this problem?
Couple days
This information will confirm IF timing belt is correctly installed OR not. The 3.0 **single overhead cam - 12 valve ** (SOHC) is not considered an interference engine .. Valve piston damage in not likely for 'that' particular application.
I'm not sure my fiance is doing the work but he said the readings were where they're supposed to be
