You mean the blower motor inside the car? Most likely debris got in it and will need to be removed and cleaned. OR , the blower motor bearings are going bad , depending on the type of noise you're hearing. Metallic screeching -motor.....Rumble, possibly with noticeable vibration-debris in fan(squirrel cage).
