Why is my my radiator shooting boiling water back into the preserve water tank?

What is your question?

It was leaking from the radiator cap so I bought a bet one and now it’s putting all of the building water into the preserve coolant tank. After it cools down take of the cap and the radiator is bone dry? What could it be?

What makes this problem better or worse?

Driving it soft still makes it still do it but going a little bit faster makes me feel like it’s completely overheated
