Gas pedal won't go down

Possible throttle cable electrically fused to cable housing .. This can be caused by poor engine ground circuit as the throttle cable becomes the only engine ground source .. Test for free throttle linkage movement by hand at the throttle body... These components are critical for maintaining proper vehicle control .. IF unfamiliar with auto repair - seek qualified hands-on help!
