no heat blows cold air. top hose about 200degrees and bottom about 80

Did you replace those items before or after your heat issue? Make sure the system has been properly bled. Your heater valve may have gone or has been plugged. Should probably get it in to a shop for proper diagnosis.

FIRST,the coolant level MUST be FULL to have heat.are BOTH heater hoses very,very hot to hold in your hands without letting them go with engine up to normal operating temperature? check this with engine running,heater on high...i don't think there is a heater control vslve on your car...
