Lights on for 6+ hours. Charged several times, battery is new, car won't start.. What is your question?
We used three different chargers, so it's not a charger problem. What could be the problem?

You need to test the charging system and the battery with proper equipment. Battery could still be dead.
Hal is right...Is it a AAA battery? Not quality battires!
