1994 villager getting spark but will not start

changed the plugs and dustibuter cap, no change. replaced the distributor but that was ok. believe this is a fuel pressure issue. replaced the fuel pump but still will not start 1994 mercury villagr

Have you checked the fuel pressure?

yes and the pressure was low so they replaced the fuel pump. pressure is better but still will not start
