where do I add Freon to my 1993 mercury topaz?

I am trying to add Freon to my 1993 mercury topaz and I can't find the plsce to recharge at

Look on the compressor and follow the low pressure (suction side) hose , you may find it that way. GOOD LUCK.

Thank you for your information, however I am not sure what either of those are. I found a spot as you open the hood and about the center of the radiator , on top, but my hose and meter don't fit its to small, I think that might be the high pressure side. There is another place, hard to get to located on the left of the motor as you stand in front , right near the spot where the windshield meets the hood. you have to reach down between all these hose and again my hose on the recharge can don't fit??? I guess I need a diagram or picture, I am at samuelroybrandonjr@yahoo.com

The skinny line is HIGH pressure , the larger diameter is the LOW pressure.
