2008 Mercury Sable steering wheel is locked and will not turn over at all how do I unlock it

I have a 2008 Mercury sable the steering wheel is locked and the key will not turn at all and the anti theaft is activated. How do i get the key to turn and wheel to unlock so i can start it?? HELP!!!
