there are no bulbs. it is a thin film that spans the temperature control panel. the solder joints appear good (just two wires connected to it)
There has to be a light source!! That "thin film" just dsperses the light, kinda like fiber optics! Now it may not be serviceable,, don't know that without looking at it myself!! Try ebay for the assembly.
