where's the fuel pump control module

there's no service port to access at fuel rail, it has a standard fuel line type clip you would see at the fuel filter JUST UP SIZED.

Test kit has the adapters needed!... Only problem is access to a kit!... Maybe rent one at parts store? Really need to test it!

You don't need to! ..... NOT the problem!!! ECM controls the pump... Obviously the pump is running... If not, it wouldn't start at all. Need fuel pressure test!!!!!!!

I'll need to know the correct pressure and what to do if not correct, I have almost no budget to fix this right now and I have to have a car to drive so my wife and children can drive in the only other safe vehicle that I have. Please help me keep my family safe. Thank you for any help you can give me. I'm a novice and I'm forced to do this myself but I have the ability to work on some things a little bit and with limited tools.
