replaced intake manifold gasket

had codes PO171 and PO174 come up on a scanner. replaced the intake manifold gasket and the check engine light comes back on within 3 miles of driving it. The idle sems a bit low but other than that it runs OK. I need the light off for emissions..please help !!!!
